I changed my mind about a product and want to return it.
You may return any product to us within 14 days of the invoice date provided it is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition. Once we have received and inspected the product you will receive an email from us to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost, or we can arrange to have the product couriered through to our offices. The courier cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the product. Include photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a collection of the product with our courier provider. Once we have received the product, we will offer you either an exchange for another product (if this product is more expensive than the original one you’ll have to pay the difference, alternatively, if the product is cheaper than the original one we’ll refund the difference) or a full refund of the cost of the product.
Please understand that we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the damaged or defective product.
I received an incorrect product.
If you received an incorrect product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the product. We will arrange a collection of the product with our courier provider. Once we have received the wrong product, we will send you the correct one immediately.
Please understand that we cannot send out the correct product before we have received the incorrect product. Also, the returned product needs to be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
